EVA film use considerations

1. Shelter should be promptly withheld after the purchase of an agrofilm, and care should be taken in storage to prevent sun exposure and humidity, and the storage period should not exceed twelve months.

2. Multi layer coextrusion film has a counter front, and the inner and outer layers have different functions of droplet mist, heat and aging resistance, respectively, when buttoning shelters be sure to take care not to buckle the shed film according to the tips.

3. Try to avoid functional aids such as high temperature dense shelters and flow drop mist that precipitate relatively quickly under high temperature conditions (especially for high VA products), and high temperature dense shelters are prone to the phenomenon of creaming (thinning of the film), which affects the light transmittance of the film and the effect of flow drop mist elimination.

4. The droplet effect and mist function will vary depending on the method of use, such as the moisture inside the shelter, whether a basement membrane is used, management methods, etc. all affect the droplet and mist performance.Please take care to maintain the proper humidity in the shed, and if weather allows, to ventilate the house and avoid excessive humidity.

5. To achieve good drop use, be sure to level the buckle sheds, prevent artificial folds, and be aware that the tilt of the sheds is generally not less than 25 degrees, so as not to compromise the drop effectiveness.

6. Sulfur fumigation causes significant damage to the film and shortens its useful life, so it is recommended that you do not fumigate the shelter frequently.

7. The use of pesticides can reduce the effectiveness of the drip and the useful life of the agrofilm, and please take care to minimize the use of pesticides.

8. The change of weather has a great impact on the growth of crops, so other corresponding protective measures should be taken as soon as possible when the climate conditions deteriorate.
